Character History: Born in a small home in the country hills of Southern France, Katherine grew up happy, her parents adored her and gave her all they could. with this she also had her fair share of chores, tending animals and helping her mother in the kitchen, chopping wood with Father and learning to hunt.
Her parents felt she needed to know as much as they knew together so when the time came they could rest easy knowing she would survive in the world on her own. Education was of the utmost importance, she spent much time reading and studying with her mother. through her studies, she has learned 7 languages. French being her native tongue she also speaks, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, Japanese and English. (the language she prefers because of its ease). History is her favorite subject and math is her nightmare. She learned to use many tools for building and survival, her father taught her to use a steam powered projectile to launch small handcrafted metal shards into an object or animal (including humans if necessary), learning also to handcraft these projectiles she scratches a cross into each one and says a prayer for the intended target.
Once her education and upbringing was complete she set out to discover the world, only to find the military. She worked her way up the Naval ranks and was discharged with honors from the French Navy. In her years of traveling she explored the most exotic places in the world, the last anyone heard she was headed for the Congo. She recalls a cave there but nothing else, she wakes up one morning to find herself in a strange place. The décor is unusual to her but somehow comforting. A woman tends to her, nursing her back to health so to speak, the gash on her head is deep, moving is too painful. The woman explains she found her lying outside near an angelic statue unconscious and bleeding. When Katherine asks where she is the woman smiles and says “You’re in the Isles of Chronus, the city of Arcanum Draconis to be exact” once healed and familiar with it’s inhabitants and after a long period of learning and living amongst these amazing people she was offered the position of Commander of the Royal Air Navy By Her Majesty KinjitaKaredric the woman who rescued her, She is Honored to Serve and now calls Arcanum her Home.
Biographical Info: Katherine has a small frame, delicate features, and a strong jawline and cheekbones. Olive skin and thick from the waist down, muscular and well built for hard work and childbearing. Her skin bears some scaring from her labor on the farm and from learning to fight in her travels. Her more prominent scar is on her left eye where she was stabbed by a drunk sailor when he tried to attack her as she left the tavern.
