Held Titles: she uses to be the ruler before giving the title to her older sister when she came terminally ill. but she was saved by a young girl named Esmerelda Holmes. and now refuses to take a title of any sort.
Character History: She grew up in a small village somewhere North, hiding away from the outside world. when she was little she was told her mother died giving birth to her and her brother (Kozin). thinking it was her fault since she was the youngest of the two she decided she would learn how to hunt and fight like one of the boys. her father (Able) used this to his advantage and turned his children into perfect worriers in his eyes. days on end training, showing them how to live with no food and how to survive or die. with the added mental abuse that she was at fault that her mother died that pushed her further to kill.
The twins stayed there till the village was attacked being only 10/11 they didn’t know what was happening around them. tho I time they knew. they watched their father be stabbed and left for dead while Kaelee and Kozin where separated. one becoming a soldier and the other used for pleasure. for 5 years till she was 16 Kaelee had become a master at the performing whether it was I the bedroom or keeping all eyes on her while the other children whom she lived with picked the pockets of the watchers. with the body of an adult, Kaelee was able to use what she knew from the other women she grew up knowing and the thieves and killers of the streets.
Tho many years later (18) she was finally free to leave since they were done with her. this left her with two choices, go travel the world or stay where she was and keep doing the same thing she has been doing for years. it was already decided that she would travel. with the money, she had been saving and the clothes on her back she left the horrible town she had called home and headed east off to see the world.
A few years into her travels, she was attacked by a beast, to this day she doesn’t know what it was but somehow it was adamant that it was going to kill her. that is when she learned she had magic light magic, this scared her a lot but also made her want to learn more about herself and her family. driven to learn as much as she could and to train both mentally and physically. growing stronger and taking what she had learned growing up into mind when she was. it was only then at she meets The Goddess of Light herself Diana (or that was the name she had given her self when on earth) they made a deal then that Diana would help her get an understanding of her power if she could help her hide from her family and the other gods. so they both agreed and became on the power of a blood tie.
Months later she came to a small town that held a castle she found a group of people who would change her life King Zora,her best friend Ander, the band of misfits that made her day a little brighter every day. This is where she meet her long-lost family, her long-lost sister Kinjita and her cousin Azina (related to her by her fathers’ side). And for a time they were all happy and almost at peace, finding happiness in people and the things they loved to do The king falling in love with Kaelee was one of the things she didn’t expect but she truly loved him and married him. Until there was an accident and King Zora died leaving Kaelee and her close friends to run the kingdom. Within a few days, they were attacked again and had to flee to Arcanum Draconis for protection, which became their home a place of safety and stability.
It seemed that Diana left something out when making an agreement with Kaelee. forgetting to tell her that her body would start to grow week and unstable over time. To Kaelee she was it as she was cursed every time she found happiness something came along and ripped it from her grasp. Her sister helped place her in a cascade of time stopping her heart and aging as Kinjita looked for a cure, but not before Abdicating her crown and rule to her sister.
A few years went by and nothing. no cure, no way to reverse the cause nothing. that was until Esmerelda Holmes came into play she was a small ex-slave who was on the run form her master. having found sanctuary in Acrnum she decided that she would look at how to bring back the Queens youngest sister. and she did. a small little petal and the blood of a banshee was enough to bring her back and to keep the sickness down but not gone forever.
Kaelee went on to travel after being healed. not saying goodbye or anything she just needed to get away from causing everyone pain. Going to her old village to see what had changed she bumped into a handsome male. who was standing outside her old house? they spoke and exchanged pleasantries before looking at one another. the twins where back and Kaelee was happy she had found her older brother the one who would protect her from others. they spoke and traveled more till parting ways always tho kept in contact. having both bought a crystal that helped them stay in touch. she meets another male, a man she fell in love with and was to marry, she was also with child and was happy, but once again it was taken from her and she headed home to her sister once again heartbroken and alone where she now resides in a cottage at the other side of the island with her son and daughter, making sure never to give her heart to someone else.
After finally beig settled in she stared to trian with her sister to get better at her magic. spending most time within the Tower her children grown up and moved on with there own life she spent as much time as possible away from people and with her books. tho over time her apperance changed and so did ehr personality. she became more closed off to people and now keeps to herself as much as possible.
Biographical Info: She has three large scars that go down her back that she doesn’t like to show anyone that she god when she was younger. She wears Armor with almost everything, not caring what people think of her feeling a sense of protection. She used to always try to look elegant and womanly but after a while give up and is now blunt and honest not wanting to beat around the bush with anything.
