All,
Yesterday Lumiani and I had a conversation with the leader of another guild on our server called The Eternal Order. They were wanting to speak to us initially about merging our guilds to which we politely declined for various reasons. Since then we have been met with a problem.
We have discovered that members of their guild are contacting our members with bribe offers to try to get them to leave V.I. and join The Eternal Order. We wanted to make you aware of this for a few reasons.
First, we discovered that the true intent of The Eternal Order isn’t RP or any of the values we hold to. Their goal appears to be ‘Server Domination’ which their leader has attested to. While purporting to offer RP, this seems to only make up about 15% of what they do as a whole while their true goal lies in draining other guilds of their people to enhance their own to dominate a server as a whole. This is not what we are looking for and our goal is, and always has been, to provide an experience to our members that is fun and fulfilling. We aren’t interested in conquering the server and likely never will be.
Second, they are of the mistaken impression we are relatively new to the server and only found out about us because they believed we were an up and coming guild centered around a balance of PVP and PVE. For those that aren’t aware, V.I. has actually been around for around since 2015 and has always had a mix of things from PVE to PVP to RP, though our primary focus has always been RP stories and guild events. We even make a solid attempt to include your personal stories into our overall to make the experience more fun!
Finally, the offers our people seem to be getting from Eternal Order are centered around bribes and perks, offering high ranking positions or resources like fully unlocked locations and vaults and regular event and gearing opportunities. This is actually no different, with the exception of bribes, than anything we do. With fully unlocked strongholds, flagship, vaults and regular events we drive to provide everyone with the ability to further themselves in both the RP world as well as PVE/PVP. You need but ask and we likely will be able to accommodate you on things you’re looking to have done!

Our goal is to make your experience with us as enjoyable as we can make it because it’s all about having fun! If you aren’t having fun, then we haven’t done our jobs right and we’d like to hear from you so we can help make your experience a more enjoyable one! We love all of you guys and hope that we can keep providing you with wonderful memories and experiences!
