I don’t know when I’ll be getting back on because I started it last night and it hasn’t made progress since. See y’all when I figure it out

1) What Operating system are you using and what revision have you updated it to?
2) Have you installed the latest version, or at least the recommended version, of the DirectX software?

That’s sounding like something is either corrupting the install path for the game or there’s something specifically missing to run the game. I’d get with the guys at support and see if they can help figure out what’s going on.
Already tried that, they said it is my computer, an old copy or something, but that’s impossible, computer is brand new. Now they disconnect me because I am not a sub. Was fun while it lasted. Love and miss you all. I know the problem is not on my end if it is affecting 3 different computers the same way and I can run games like subnautica…Read more
Wondering if this was a fresh copy for the new machine or if you were running an older copy. Either way it really sounds like the launcher is trying to do something outside the bounds of what the machine finds acceptable. This can be caused by a bad config file, or other files. I’d wipe it out completely and retry.
Something is preventing the launcher updates, that all I know. And the hang up on me now when I call because I’m not a sub, love that pristine equality and help.
I would go ahead and just try to redownload the game if you haven’t yet. If you have, doesn’t hurt to do it once more just to be safe.
