Any Superior can suggest brig time be administered to an inferior who has broken the codes of conduct of Kanteu or the allies we work with.

For Minor to Medium offenses that are to be punished by something other than brig time, the punishment will be decided by the highest superior officer in attendance. They must be either: A Commodore or Blackguard.

Serious offences will be brought before a panel of judges, consisting of the Blackguards, Commodores, Professionals, Eminents and the House Lord. The Accused WILL have the right to defend themselves, and to call forward witnesses. The accusing officer, if one of the above listed, will not be part of the panel, and if not, will also be allowed to state their case and bring forward witnesses.

Each side has the right to question the other sides witnesses, and the Judges have the right to question all witnesses, as well as the accused and the prosecutor.

NO SERIOUS PUNISHMENTS WILL BE ADMINISTERED WITHOUT THE ACCUSED GETTING A FAIR TRIAL.

Any found guilty of treason will be brought before the group they committed this offense against for the decision on their punishment.

Anyone accused of a serious crime will be brigged until a judge panel consisting of at least three eligible judges is available for their trial.

** IF players consent extreme offenses may lead to the permanent death of the character**
