Because we are dedicated to only having the best agents and worst scoundrels in the galaxy a series of tests have been put in place to access your skills. You can earn certifications in the areas listed below. Successful completion of certifications lets you advance in rank in both House Seran and House Kanteu.
These include:
- Smuggling: negotiating, concealment of cargo, sleight of hand, bluffing/deception.
- Combat: hand to hand, improvised weapons, dirty fighting, assassination- direct and indirect, ranged weapons.
- Piloting: evasive maneuvers, navigation, weapons, ship systems.
- Espionage: infiltration- stealth and disguise, Slicing-hacking consoles, wireless hacking data-pads/comms, slicing ship systems, droids, and security.
- Saboteur: Explosives- arming, disarming, and placement.Traps- setting, detecting and deactivating. Jury rigging- improvised sabotage.
- Diplomacy: Empathy-reading and manipulating your target. Interrogation- information extraction both legal and non legal techniques. Seduction- all of it.
- Medic: Emergency First Aid (EFA*), Field Surgery, Field Medical Use (FMU*), Medbay Surgery and Medbay Medical Use
*(The difference between EFA and FMU is that EFA binds the wounds enough for transport, while FMU actually attempts to heal the wounds on site)
The first attempt at any certification has a target number of 55+ to have a success. You need 5 successes before 10 rolls to pass. The target number decreases by 10 for each attempt at the certification.
Training days will be posted and operated by either House Lords, Blackguards or Commandores.
