GROUND COMMAND

STRUCTURE

Ground Command is the Heart of the 331st, completing their missions through diversity and tenacity.  Below is a breakdown of the command structure.

Each TEAM is comprised of FIVE TROOPERS with one TEAM LEAD (CORPORAL/SERGEANT).   There are FIVE SECTIONS which make up a SQUAD, lead by a SQUAD LEADER (SERGEANT MAJOR/LIEUTENANT).  Then you have a PLATOON COMMANDER (CAPTAIN/MAJOR), who is in charge of TWO SQUADS.  And then the GROUND COMMANDER (COLONAL) who oversees the entire COMPANY.

There are eight squads, each having a specialization.  When you join on of these squads, you start training in the type of specialization the squad focuses on.

The CALL SIGNS given to these squads can be changed with an overall consensus by those who are assigned to that squad.  NOTIFY the Ground or Post Commander with any changes you have voted on.

The COLORS given to these squads can be changed with an overall consensus by those who are assigned to that squad.  Troopers are responsible for their own color dyes with any changes made.  NOTIFY the Ground or Post Commander with any changes you have voted on.

SQUAD SPECIALIZATIONS

SUPPORT SPECIALIZATION – Support training is one the most diverse out of all the other specializations.  Troopers in Support are trained in a little of all the other specialization, so that, if other squads need support, this squad can step up and assist.

SPEC OPPS SPECIALIZATION – Special Operations covers training in areas involving special missions that require a stealthy yet quick resolution.  Surgical strikes are sometimes needed to influence the tide of battle.

RECON SPECIALIZATION – Troopers trained in Recon have the skills to move in unnoticed, assess the situation, hold that position, and remotely report tactical Intel back to it’s Command structure.  Battles are often won by those with the best intelligence.

ASSAULT SPECIALIZATION – If you want a hole punched int eh enemy’s lines, then you need an Assault Squad to do it.  These troopers are trained in all the necessary ranged and melee combat techniques to get the job done…   OH-RAH!!!
